Wage: Entry level positions open starting at min. wage until training is completed; paid training provided, immediate pay increase upon pass of testing in knowledge in saltwater, freshwater fish/parameters/etc and store policies/procedures

Retail & Service positions start at $16-$28/hr with required knowledge testing with opportunity to increase pay through Seniority Pay Increases, Retention Bonuses, & Weekly Competition Bonuses
